I'm the craftsman behind Fusta i Vida. I work with wood and other reclaimed materials (roots, logs, iron, even bicycle wheels) to turn them into unique lamps and lighting pieces.
Every piece comes from a handmade, artisan process that respects the natural shape of the material. No two lamps are alike: every knot, every grain line and every imperfection is part of the final design.
I like to think that each lamp has its own story, its own soul. That's why, at Fusta i Vida, everything that leaves my workshop is 'fet a mà, fet amb ànima'.
We look for roots, logs and reclaimed materials with unique shapes and textures.
The wood is cleaned, dried and treated, keeping its original shape as much as possible.
The wiring and light fitting are integrated carefully and safely.
Each piece is checked and finished by hand before it leaves the workshop.
